Dear compatriots,
Convened today an extended working consultation on the organization of work of state government bodies in a state of war.
In my speech, I underlined that in order to provide operative solutions to problems in various spheres of territorial and public administration, created as a result of the war unleashed by Azerbaijan, it is necessary to intensify the cooperative work. Taking into account the limited opportunities of providing economic services in a state of war, I instructed to fully ensure the solution of the problems of the civilian population through state and charitable resources, as prioritized.
I also referred to the buildings damaged by the shelling. In particular, a damage assessment commission will be set up in the near future, and after the end of hostilities, based on a professional opinion, the state will provide compensation for their restoration.
