Its future depends on greater unity of each individual State, and that is the aim of the Council of Europe. We all have our share of responsibility to this end and we must act soon.

We have been very careful and very patient not to undermine the peaceful settlement. But what we have been observing over these past two weeks is the choice of the military option for the resolution, the choice of imposing solutions by military aggression from Azerbaijan supported by Turkey.
A meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs is also planned.

During the meeting, Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan expressed his concern over Turkey's unconditional support to Azerbaijan, stressing that Turkey's destabilizing policy seriously damages the peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as well as the security and stability in the South Caucasus.
Zohrab Mnatsakanyan: We have been receiving such reports. Such reports have been appearing in various sources. We have been very careful to treat this, because we are also caring about credibility of this, but the intensity and the volume of such reports had been indicating that this is, in fact, there is credibility to this. So this is very concerning. We have been raising this. It is exactly the projection and export of instability to the South Caucasus that Turkey has chosen to do and this is not welcome.
We are absolutely confident and absolutely determined to repel this aggression and to stand very firm for the freedom of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh.
"Arms trade to Azerbaijan is fatal, because Azerbaijan never hesitates to use those weapons against civilian infrastructure, the civilian population. We will consistently pursue this issue, it will always be an integral part of our agenda both on bilateral and multilateral platforms. Israel should stop this deadly business with Azerbaijan."
