The claims by the Azerbaijani leadership that the Armenian Armed Forces have attempted an attack in the direction of Hadrut and Jebrayil, and have taken a retrieval vehicle with clear distinctive signs and a white flag, gathering bodies under Azerbaijani oversight, under fire, are unfounded and aim at blaming the Armenian side for the violation of the humanitarian ceasefire.
In the statement agreed upon by the Foreign Ministers on October 10, it is clearly stated that the exchange of prisoners of war and others as well as bodies of the deceased should be mediated by the International Committee of the Red Cross and undertaken according to the Committee's standard. This is not happening due to the military operations constantly undertaken by the Azerbaijani military.
We view these accusations by the Azerbaijani side as primitive provocations and draw the attention of interested parties to this fact.
